Professor Yolande Barnes is the chair of the UCL Bartlett Real Estate Institute and has been examining and analyzing real estate markets since 1986. Her current role includes re-thinking real estate, institute-building, and thought-leadership.  

She has been examining and analyzing real estate markets from within the real estate industry since 1986. Yolande is an Honorary Fellow of RIBA, a Fellow of The Society of Property Researchers, Academician at the Academy of Urbanism, Patron of Create Streets, and a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.
