This is a full-time hybrid role for a BIM Architect. The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating architectural drawings, building information modeling (BIM), construction drawings, and submittals. The role is located in Istanbul with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Architecture with a focus on Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Experience with Architectural Drawings, Construction Drawings, and Submittals
• Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and clients
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• LEED Accreditation or experience with sustainable design is a plus
