Through her initiative Resonance, Tess creates spaces for dialogue that help communities reclaim agency in an AI-driven world. She served as the founding CEO of AI4ALL, growing it to international recognition, and previously led TechHire at Opportunity@Work, an initiative launched out of the White House. Named one of the 100 Brilliant Women in AI Ethics, Tess is also a music artist focused on healing and empowerment, recently co-founding VENUS to highlight women and gender non-conforming individuals in the music industry.
