MATTEO NORIS, INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, SALES, CRM MANAGER AT WASP
Today on the podcast, Matteo Noris traded a career as a professional cyclist for higher education, after which he pursued a BA degree in International Business in Manchester. Afterwards, Matteo moved to Guatemala as a consequence of a "typically unpredictable" life twist, providing him the opportunity to engage with cross-cultural projects in both the Profit and Non-Profit sector. After his time in Guatemala, the desire to drive change dynamics within organizations brought Matteo first to Tanzania and then to India, returning back to the UK after several years.
Now Matteo is working at WASP, a 3d Printing Architecture firm with the aim to build ‘zero-mile’ homes, using materials found in the surrounding area, where he leads the implementation of digital tools to empower and connect multiple teams by strengthening a "first customer" mentality from a business point of view. Matteo is also responsible for generating and monitoring international sales growth and supports the management team in their research to create the solid organizational structure necessary to support the downsizing of processes.
