SOUR’s Monumental Chair, inspired by the crystalline forms in nature, is featured in the Metal Works Exhibition at Brooklyn Navy Yards, Building 92. The exhibition will open doors to public September 21st and will run through January 2018.
The Monumental Chair combines elegance and durability with a comfortable seating experience. Its faceted geometric structure is built to wrap around the back for comfort while creating a sculptural silhouette. Handmade from metal, Monumental is designed for both indoor and outdoor use.
BNY’s new exhibition space “Yard Work”, aims to showcase the maker community’s diverse work and and product lines. Their past exhibition featured wood works from the Yard, while the current exhibition showcases pieces made out of heavy metal.
