Critically addressing core challenges faced by designers today, this series brings together designers from different disciplines and backgrounds to SOUR talks on NYCxDESIGN: Design Thinking Master Class Series (Brooklyn Navy Yard)

Critically addressing core challenges faced by designers today, this series as part of the NYCxDESIGN festival brings together designers from different disciplines and backgrounds to brainstorm ways in which they can immediately work towards progressive, meaningful change in their creative practices. Each session will be led by experts in their fields who will present the challenge and lead small group discussions. Designers MUST have at least five years of experience in their field of expertise to participate.

Waste Reduction in the Design Process with Danielle Elsener, Founder, DECODE MFG

Inclusive design addresses issues within society and how to develop innovative ways to combat them. Developing an understanding of inclusive design practices, designers will reflect and debate on current ideas surrounding these topics in this in-depth masterclass.
